Outstanding Customer Service

I sent an email to customer service about the broken bottle of cologne. Within 3 minutes, I had a reply apologizing for the situation. Within 30 minutes after the reply, I received a shipping notification about my replacement. It gets no better than that service.

My issue was resolved!

I dealt with Karimunnisa from customer service for the entirety of my issue with an order. There was a slight delay in getting it resolved, but I understand things happen which cant be avoided. Karimunnisa listened & assured me things would be resolved. I should be receiving the replacements today, 9.24.25. Overall it was a positive experience despite the initial error which triggered the interaction. I will continue to do business with Alt Fragrances.
